Meet Connie Collingsworth, the Chief Operating Officer of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. She is responsible for leading a significant portion of the foundation’s operational needs, including Information Technology, Human Resources, Legal, Global Security, Grants and Contracts Services, and overall business design.
